Please read these terms before using UploadSure. By using the site, you agree to them.

What UploadSure is

UploadSure is a free, browser-based tool for adjusting photos, signatures, documents, and PDFs to match the technical requirements (dimensions, file size, format) that a given portal, exam body, or application process asks for. All processing happens locally in your browser — see the Privacy Policy for details.

No guarantee of acceptance

UploadSure is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government body, exam conducting authority, bank, or other organisation referenced in the Application Pack catalog. The specifications shown are compiled as a best-effort aid and, unless a portal is explicitly marked as verified in the product, have not been independently confirmed against that portal's live upload system.

UploadSure does not guarantee that a file processed here will be accepted by any specific portal. Requirements can change without notice, and different application cycles for the same exam or scheme may use different specifications. Always cross-check against the current official notification for your specific application before submitting.

Best-effort and manual tools

Tools labelled "best-effort" in the product (background removal, upscaling) and "manual" (blur regions) are explicitly not AI-grade automated processing. Results depend on your source image and the settings you choose. It is your responsibility to review the output before submitting it anywhere.

Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for the content of any file you upload or process using UploadSure.
  • Do not use UploadSure to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents, or to misrepresent your identity to any third party.
  • You are responsible for verifying that the output meets the actual requirements of the portal or process you're submitting to.

No warranty

UploadSure is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UploadSure and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this tool, including a rejected application, missed deadline, or any decision made based on the specifications shown.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of UploadSure after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
