SSC CGL requires a photograph estimated at 200×230 pixels (3.5×4.5 cm at 200 DPI), between 20–50 KB, in JPG format with a plain white or light background. Select SSC in the Application Pack above and your photo is fixed automatically to this spec.
UPSC Civil Services requires a photograph of 350×350 pixels, between 40–100 KB, in JPG format. The signature must be 350×150 pixels, between 10–40 KB, on white paper with black or blue ink. Select UPSC in the Application Pack to fix both together.
NTA NEET UG requires three images: a passport-size photograph (10–200 KB), a postcard-size photograph (50–300 KB), and a signature (4–30 KB), all in JPG format. Select NTA NEET UG in the Application Pack above to fix all three at once.
IBPS / SBI portals require a photograph of 200×230 pixels, between 20–50 KB, in JPG format. The signature must be 140×60 pixels, between 10–20 KB. Select IBPS / SBI in the Application Pack above — both are fixed automatically.
Common causes beyond pixel size: (1) Format — many portals only accept JPG, not PNG or WebP. Use the Convert tool. (2) File size — portals check both a minimum and maximum KB, not just maximum. (3) Background — some portals require a specific background colour. (4) Some exams use Live Capture (webcam) rather than file upload — in that case the portal sets dimensions itself. The Application Pack flags which specs are confirmed versus estimated.
Yes. UploadSure processes all files entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to any server. You can verify this yourself: open browser DevTools (F12), go to the Network tab, and upload a file. You will see zero outbound file requests. The file stays in your device's RAM and is discarded when you close the tab.
